I have never felt so connected with myself since I started yoga. I used to think I was confident in myself but when I started Yoga I discovered how distracted I really was with becoming one with myself. I have never felt so good than I have in these past months.

When I first signed up for this class, I didn’t take it seriously because I only took it because my friend was taking it. By the end of the semeser, however I have completely changed my mind about yoga. It is awesome.

Yoga brought me out of my comfort zone and helped me to be able to go beyond what I thought my limits were and then find out that I was able to pass those new limits too!

I have learned how to work through my stress and get to a calm and a peaceful place within me. I have also had noticed that I can control my emotions better and I ever have more muscle mass and have lost some weight.

Because of Yoga, I’ve taken the things we’ve learned such as taking deep breaths, focusing on breathing and even just balance and I’ve applied it to my life. Yoga has taught me to take time to do things instead of rushing to do something. Yoga has taught me to be a better me!
